About me

I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Wellbeing, and my master's degree in Health Psychology at King's College London. Currently, I work at a center specializing in addictions, where I conduct individual and group therapy sessions. Additionally, I have been providing private therapy online for over a year to clients with a wide variety of issues.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for effective progress. My approach is professional yet relaxed and friendly, creating an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable and understood. I use an approachable style of communication, which helps build trust and ease in our sessions, allowing you to express yourself freely.

My therapeutic methods are personalized and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and relaxation techniques. I am particularly interested in addressing anxiety, sleep disorders, women's health (such as premenstrual syndrome), and addiction treatment. I focus on providing tailored support that empowers clients to tap into their own resources and achieve their goals.
